CITY GHOST

This was taken of the Perth Cityscape from King's Park War Memorial with a Lubitel medium format camera. I used Ilford HP5 Plus 400ASA Black & White Film.

I left the shutter open on "B" setting and had a friend use a flash from near the camera to create multiple images of me.

We locals tend to take King's Park for granted, but if you go there at night and look down over the city lights reflecting on the Swan River, it really is a stunning view. We're very lucky that the founders of Perth chose to set aside an area of natural bushland right next to the heart of the city when Perth was founded in the 1800's.
